Love the Background tones and how they seem to fade perfectly towards the outer edge of this piece, the layered look is very well developed.
The tree people are a very interesting design. I love the textured look running up each formation, you've managed to pull of the rough skin look that trees have. It would seem you've even managed to create gendered trees, i see a slight show of breast on the left tree which seems to be facing forward.
The shading throughout this piece is built up very impressively and gives great dynamics to this surreal atmosphere. I love the obvious attention to detail and your obvious show of skill. This piece is very interesting. I can just imagine a vast area full of these trees interlocking and dancing in some sort of deep haunting forest. Very impressive work. :D

Wonderfully offbeat and interesting. I really like the form of the figures. Nice pose and fine colors. The lighting and balance are beautiful. Solid atmosphere and very good concept.

The poses are incredibly emotive and the melancholy colors are a sweet addition. I would really like to see this in an enviro-zine of sorts, because this is more than worthy of publishing. Spectacular job.
